Yes. Whey (vanilla, chocolate, coconut) or pea protein. Collagen, glutamine, and creatine on request. Standard add is +25g protein per scoop.

Several. Look for the chips on each bowl's menu page — most signature bowls are vegan, and the lighter ones are gluten-free. Our kitchen handles nuts and dairy, so we can't promise zero cross-contact.
